Quotes and Service Requests

Quote requests do not guarantee acceptance, availability, or scheduling. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if project details, scope, site conditions, materials, or requested work differ from what was submitted.

• Requested appointment times are not final until confirmed
• Additional work or changed scope may require an updated quote
• Photos and accurate measurements help reduce pricing changes

Orders and Products

Product listings, availability, and pricing may change. Submitting an order request does not guarantee fulfillment until the order is reviewed and confirmed by our team.

Payments

Place your order now. We'll confirm delivery/pickup and collect payment at fulfillment. Payment due at fulfillment (service or order delivery/pickup).

Unless a written quote, invoice, or order confirmation says otherwise, payment is due at service fulfillment, product delivery, or pickup.

Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

Scheduling is based on availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you should contact us as soon as possible so we can update the appointment and service plan.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity that happens through your account. We may suspend access or refuse service if we believe the site is being misused or if information provided is materially inaccurate.

Content and Site Availability
